Job Description
The Logistics and Fleet Management Officer manages daily fleet operations, ensures driver safety through AI video monitoring, controls fuel expenses, and oversees vehicle maintenance to maximize efficiency and reduce company costs.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Monitoring & SHEQ Compliance
• Monitor real-time vehicle locations and routes across the country.
• Review AI telematics camera alerts daily for driver violations.
• Partner with the SHEQ department to report and address risky driving behaviors.
Fuel Control & Analytics
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly fuel consumption for every vehicle.
• Match fuel receipts against GPS tracking data to detect anomalies.
• Generate regular reports on fuel efficiency and cost leaks.
Maintenance & Compliance Management
• Schedule routine vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance services.
• Track expiry dates for vehicle insurance and government inspections.
• Verify regularly that all company drivers possess valid driving licenses.
Reporting & Advisory
• Analyze fleet data to identify operational bottlenecks and cost-saving areas.
• Prepare clear weekly and monthly fleet performance reports for management.
• Advise management on vehicle replacement cycles and fleet policies.

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience running fleet operations.
• Basic vehicle mechanical skills and posses a valid driver’s license
• Hands-on experience using GPS tracking software and AI telematics platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting Skills
• Excellent communication skills
